Terms of Service

The service

Pharma by DoctorG provides a pharmacy app for verifying and dispensing prescriptions issued through the DoctorG platform, and a corresponding view in the DoctorG patient app for prescriptions and pharmacy receipts.

Pharmacy accounts

Pharmacy accounts are independent of DoctorG doctor/clinic accounts and are provisioned separately. A pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of what it records as dispensed under its account.

Scope of patient information shared

A pharmacy is shown only the prescription being verified and the patient's allergy/reaction history. Use of any information beyond confirming and dispensing that prescription is outside the intended scope of the service.

Phase 1 limitations

  • No in-app dispense history view for pharmacies at launch.
  • Receipts are delivered to the patient's app only; no separate print/SMS/email delivery is guaranteed.

Changes

These terms may change as the service develops; the current version always applies to use of the service at that time.
